Pros
Very fun store that sells every type of media that a person might be interested in. Employee discount on used items is substantial. Employment is a great way to network with music, movie, or video game lovers.
Cons
Employee discount replaces points earning for purchasing products. No discount on most new items. No benefits until you've worked there for multiple years. Raises are given by how long you've been at the company and are not scaled with performance in a substantial way. Pay caps out well below a sustainable income and you won't make much more than minimum wage unless you take a job at the office or a management position. Hours can be rough since most stores are open from 9 am to 11 pm.
