      Pros

      The corporate level leadership is really high caliber. The office is upbeat and the team gets along well for the most part which makes coming in to work fun. The location of the office also is a big plus as you are never driving with traffic and you are in the middle of everything.

      Cons

      A bit old fashioned from a policy and environment standpoint. They could use some updating of company policies-- jeans allowed all week, flexible work schedule/location, gym, etc..

      Management doesn't appreciate hard work and dedication Machines are old and break down constantly, affecting pay rate. Pay Rate confusing and difficult to track
