A Valuable Experience In Learning, Growing and Making Long Lasting Relationships

I worked at Bulldog for more than 4 years and really enjoyed my time there. The culture, people and opportunity all made Bulldog a valuable experience. I truly appreciated the people-first attitude I came to know and love. You're not just an employee, or a coworker, you're an individual who people are truly interested in getting to know. The teamwork I experienced there while working with large client demands, or complex projects really excited me. I felt like we were all in it together to find the best possible solution. I was fortunate enough to work with some of the most talented, smart and passionate people I've ever met. Bulldog has been one of my most favorite places to work and grow my expertise.
Cons
Being that it is a smaller agency, you're not always given the opportunity to progress and grow. When there is a shortage in employees and taking over client work that limits growth or opportunity, it can be a challenge to stay motivated and satiated. The hardest part about leaving Bulldog was the people...and the tech team! They really made it such a memorable place. The perks also made it harder to leave, like unlimited PTO, stocked snack and lunch options, coworker recognition points program, etc,
