Pros

- Dedicated client/account team that is filled with strong marketers who understand the clients' business. - Technology team that is top-notch in its understanding of marketing technology, data and how to extract insights that lead to action. - A creative team who "get it" when it comes to B2B. The copywriters are some of the best I've ever seen. - Pragmatic and smart approach to strategy and planning.

Cons

- Awareness: more B2B organizations need to stop being enamored by coastal and/or "big name" agencies and simply become aware of Bulldog

Pros

Extremely positive work environment. Bulldog really does have some of the funniest, quirkiest, intelligent and creative people I have ever had an opportunity to work with. The work culture is laid back but when it comes time to deliver no one is above putting in extra time or going beyond their job duties to ensure that job is done with quality. During my time here there was a report of nepotism and sexism that personally I did not experience. However, what impressed me was the way the company and leadership handled the claim. They treated it seriously with compassion and empathy and an approached the issue truly seeking to understand the roots of the problem. The way they handled the entire situation was impressive, and it really spoke to the level of transparency and authenticity that exists throughout the organization. Combined with unlimited PTO, remote flexibility, free gym membership, free meals, and unlimited snacks Bulldog has created a great environment to work in.

Cons

With so much talent and uniqueness throughout the company, I wish there were more opportunities to collaborate with everyone. The account focused nature of the business forces teams to collaborate based on the companies they support, but I would've like to see more general ideation and collaboration between the departments.

Pros

The people- on the whole they're smart, passionate and fun. I like going into the office and seeing co-workers outside of work. It's normal for people (including leadership) to check in with you after nerve-racking meetings, be available for advice when you're in tough spots, ask about your vacation/dog/spouse/kid/recent culinary adventure/etc. Autonomy- lots of freedom around schedule, working style, vacation time. A sense of adventure- it takes a certain kind of environment for anyone to feel comfortable pursuing things they haven't done before: an open-minded team, enthusiasm, support, people with lots of experience who are invested in client and employee success. I have always found these things at Bulldog and it's a large part of my work happiness.

Cons

It's an agency -- you're going to have a crazy season every now that will demand more than the typical 40 hours (this is more frequent for some teams than others). The good news is you're surrounded by dedicated teammates and your effort won't be taken for granted.
