      Terrible Experience

      Pros

      A generally nice group of people, good perks, simple admin stuff.

      Cons

      Work was micromanaged, rushed, unplanned, and often non-strategic. It was a "throw into deep end and see how they float" situation. Lots of client turnover and near-constant sense of panic, doom, trouble, or fault. Edits and feedback were primarily stylistic and subjective rather than transparent opportunities to learn or discuss decision-making rationale. Most junior employees never given the room to breathe their own style into the work or empowered to take ownership of tasks and relationships.

      Great work, terrible environment

      Pros

      Incredible coworkers, great benefits, unlimited paid time off

      Cons

      Expected to work weekends without previous discussion, constantly working after hours, very little respect for work-life balance, very disrespectful management, irresponsible and unprofessional management. Employees aren't allowed to breathe any creativity or personal style into their work. Demeaning management, constant criticism and very little constructive comments. Very arbitrary pay, with employee salaries ranging ~15K for the same position. Very little planning in how work is done. Employees never taught to swim, thrown in the water and expected to float.
