      Building relationship with families Being able to watch children mature and grow

      This company has no loyalty and respect for their employees. Everything is about money for them the children are dollar signs in their eyes. Favoritism amgonst employees some receive raises free child care work from home, while others are treated with low moral and barley a thank you. If you are serious about working in the child care field and making a difference stay away from this place. No real sick time or vacation is given it will take you 5 months to accumulate ONE DAY OFF. No benefits are given no medical dental vision no retirement fund. How could you support and family and work here. no annual raises no matter how well the company is doing.
