      Pros

      - One of the best core teams I've ever worked for - Very flexible schedule-wise, as well as allowing you to work from anywhere in the world - Little-to-no-bureaucracy, really easy to bring in new ideas or change things up without too much overhead

      Cons

      - No office, but a co-working space that makes it difficult to build team culture - High team member rotation makes it a bit hard to connect with people and build trust - A lot will be expected from you, which can make it hard to say no sometimes (affecting work/life balance)
