      The Company provides good benefits

      This used to be a great family oriented workplace until the Human Resource Division took control and started to manipulate and control the employees. Please beware that nothing you say, including pay/salary is confidential. The Human Resource Divison will discuss any and all personal/private matters with other employees. The owners are completely checked out and disengaged and allows for the toxic morale to continue.

      Family owned business that values it's proven employees. 40 + hours a week. No lay offs. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Low starting pay for entry level positions. Most positions are entry level press operator.
