      Pay is on par with "the industry" I guess. Best thing you can do is leave this tech industry altogether because it's a race to the bottom thanks to untethered immigration and stagnant wages. But that's a story for another time that I'm sure you can piece together yourself...

      Cons

      Micromanagement. Silos. Combative "team" mates. Dull and boring. Corporate red tape and toxic workplace culture. General corporate office job pains.
