      stupid management poor experience people are from amazon so they thing they are jeff bezos but they don't know they were just the tpms even after so much experience these poor people treat their employee like servant

      You have the freedom to write code however you feel like. Fast growing organisation

      Cons

      Fear politics is rampant. Bad management. Suggestions are heard but ignored. Not many good people to learn from. You have to work with fairly inexperienced team who write software like a college project. Bad coding practices everywhere. Most software written is not designed to scale. Lack of trust in employees
