      Modern office Free parking lots of tenured staff

      Cons

      Poor culture, gossipy and backstabbing. Lots of over complicated process mean you are overworked and work typical long days to get work done. Sales team have huge admin burdens, and don’t have time to sell. Nobody will ever help you out, or show you how to do anything as they are too busy. Lifeless office Salary is below industry average. No communication between departments which causes frustration and poor working relationships, massive blame culture. Management not sure what they want or how to do it

      Pay was decent, co-workers were lovely to work with.

      Cons

      Super corporate and lifeless environment, everybody kind of keeps to themselves and can be cold. Super complicated processes that are so unnecessary and inconvenient. Lack of direction from management who expect you to be mind readers, constantly feeling stupid and then realising its not just you when other co-workers start to express that they are feeling the same. Not to mention its in the most dull part of Melbourne with nothing else to do other than go to gross nearby cafe. Overall a boring and stressful work environment. Couldn't wait to quit.

      Met some nice people along the way and nice range of products.

      Cons

      Management has a lot to answer for - when you could find them. Gaslighting, lies, sarcasm, favouritism, bullying the list goes on. Clicky environment with lots of exclusions for the people that are not considered the favourites. Subordinates run the the show and come and go as they please. Never seen anything like it and hope never to see it again.
