Pros
They have the best healthcare package I’ve come across. Affordable coverage for you, spouse and dependents thru Kaiser. Very generous sick/vacation accrual.
Cons
Pay is extremely low. Regionals lack anything further than a HS Diploma. Regionals lack of further business education leads to unprofessionalism in the corporate office. There’s a good reason their Regional Positions are a revolving door. They are the Mean Girls of the company. HR turns a blind eye even though they have been sued by former employees for harassment and wrongful terminations.
