      Pros

      Bureau offers a challenging and rich environment for people to develop your skills! If you're up for a good fight and have an entrepreneurial spirit, Bureau is an awesome place to work! The "open door" policy creates a great environment for people to create conversations and give and receive feedback.

      Cons

      Because work is distributed around the globe, discipline is required to manage teams and communications with clients. Growth speed sometimes rattles the teams, but they quickly re-group and adapt.
