* Low quality development work. * No technical growth. * No hr policies. Can get changed at times. * No proffesionalism in environment. * Bad Management * Hiring process is easy, so is the firing process * No funds to give appraisals * No HR policy HR is toward management. * Infra is like a factory and they treat with an employee like a daily worker. * Finally, this is not an IT Company, This is a LALA Company, No Management, There is nothing for learning, If you want to spoil your career then join
