Lack of corporate culture, minimal pay, no growth opportunities only personal growth, when people from the U.S. or Bulgaria come to our office, they can afford to spend and spoil us everyday but I get paid so little I cannot afford enough electricity for the month, enough food for the month and enough petrol to get my family to and from school, favoritism, lack of professionalism, no equal opportunities, poor management, don’t feel like you are worth anything, no privacy, lack of communication, there are rude staff members, cleaners are ill treated
