Pros
Amazing benefit package with vacation time after a short probation period but that's about all for pros.
Cons
Terrible communication with collection center and what communication there was felt threatening and abusive. Reports of unethical practice by an office associate were ignored. Was informed of a peer program I could attend and get certified then when I expressed interest was told it was a conflict of interest. An all around non challenging job with minimal to no chance for advancement. Company is trying to open new locations while going belly up and being investigated for Medicaid Fraud.
