Pros

The employees are second to none. Wonderful to work with. Much freedom in being creative in your job. Decent opportunity for advancement, as they often hire from within.

Cons

Someone in the company constantly leaks out the names of the people she wants to get rid of. She also starts almost all company rumors. It's disgusting. And her position is the position of trust in most companies. Pay below norms. Biggest problem there is denying raises because of poor performance by the small part of the company the owner mismanages, then he punishes all for his failures.

Obvious ex employee who did not get there way and feels their only satisfaction is to bash our owner and the company on a "free" recruiting website and not identify themselves. Anyone who has a lick of sense that works or has worked here knows that our CEO gives 200% to the employees of his company.

Pros

Great brand well known in its industry, and it impressively markets itself.

Cons

George Ball is not someone a good employee can trust. To a guy like this, a contract isn't worth the paper it's printed on, especially if he suddenly and without warning determines that he has no use for your contributions. He has the attention span of a gnat and will take forever to make decisions. While initially he can be extremely charming, he is about as vicious as they come. Thanks to his ineptitude, the company has been in the rocks more than a few times in the past decade only to be saved by more intelligent management that does its best to keep him out of the loop. Born with a silver spoon in his mouth, he bought the company with his inheritance, and generally suffers a laughable reputation in his industry. Avoid this company and retain your sanity.

Someone who feels this strongly should never be anonymous. Its an obvious frivolous review of a disgruntled former employee.
