A fun workplace where management really listens to you (if you talk, ofcourse). The overall mood is always good, lunch is good and also fun. There is a good vibe in the office and people take the chance to share knowledge when time permits (which it does ;-) )
Cons
There aren't many benefits apart from your salary (no pension, for example). And salary is based on your role, not your experience (I feel). Also, certain personalities don't fit here very well. That is no problem if you're social and (at least somewhat) extravert. But introverts might have some trouble fitting in.
When I arrived at Burst for my application, I immediately felt the pleasant working atmosphere.
It is a combination of hard work but also enough room for a chat or beer with colleagues. Never before have I seen such a close group of colleagues and I feel proud for being a part of it.
In addition to fun projects, we also have many international customers and colleagues. They have an active activities committee with fun events and an annual city trip that is almost always well attended.
Also, they provide a healthy and variating lunch and even breakfast.
There is not a single day that I don't feel like going to work!
Cons
All companies have their issues, there is always room for improvement when it comes to communication and development.
