Pros

The foods good so its sometimes worth the money you pay after working a double and not being fed all day

Cons

Management messes around with the female servers then hands them multiple closing shifts etc , all male manager environment where they are extremely inappropriate when speaking about women etc. You are expected to pay for your meals even working open to close shifts. Discrimination against hispanic and black workers happens frequently where they are handed less shifts or slower shifts or given sections where it is extremely hard to earn money, regardless of how long they have been with the company or their performance.
