Pros

you get to work with some really smart guys that take pride in their work and have a lot of experience.

Cons

ridiculously high insurance costs. The retirement plan is awful and has an 8 year vestment period. They advertise profit sharing but haven't paid out any in 10 years. They also fully admit that they haven't made a profit in over 15 years. Jobs that come in are not researched enough and are poorly planned leaving it up to the worker to compensate. In the last 10 years they've made a host of equipment purchases based on "a good feeling" that they would get a major job. They would then hire additional staff. When those jobs didn't come in, they'd have to sell the machine for pennies on the dollar and the extra staff were either fired made to do menial tasks like cleaning, for months on end until they quit. The company has been hemorrhaging money for years and it's finally catching up with them. They're looking for a buyer for the company but who ever buys them will most likely just take the big machines and sell the rest. With a reputation for gouging customers Busch is clinging on to dear life by the few customers it can keep. There has been no new business despite hosting trade shows and getting it's name in the paper for meaningless connections to politicians. The future for Busch is bleak our only hope is that someone buys the company, removes the president and managers and rights this sinking ship.
