Long hours, 10 hour days 4 to 5days a week.

Cons

Machines are constantly breaking down and there is no more space for storage. The management is horrible and how your day goes is strongly influenced by who’s your supervisor.

I gained some valuable experiences at Bush Industries working alongside Dave and Greg in the engineering department. I was taught the basics of modeling, testing, packing and manufacturing as well as some technical writing. Good people all around the plant
