      Pros

      Working with great clients Working with great co workers Great atmosphere and open lines of communication throughout the entire company - very warm and welcoming Easily communicate with upper management - ideas and suggestions are more than welcome

      Cons

      No room for growth. Very stagnant. This is a great job as a stepping stone to somewhere else, unless you are content never getting a promotion.

      Pros

      This is a company that hasn't outgrown itself. It is a place where you feel valued, appreciated, and empowered. The day goes by incredibly fast, and it's never the same. They offer all the basics, paid vacation, healthcare, and 401k. Positions are very hard to come by because people very seldom leave.

      Cons

      Although they are very generous, the 401k match is a little low. This is the only area I can think of that might be improved. The rest is fantastic!
