      Pros

      I recently retired from the BCT family after working with the team for over 18 years. Have no doubt, this team truly cares about each other, their consultants, candidates and customers. The CEO, Barbie Barta, is committed and ethical and will accept no less from her team. I am blessed to have completed my career working with such a dedicated team.

      They make it hard to leave!!
