This may sound like “sour grapes”…. It’s not. Great at what they do. As a work environment, however… leaves a lot to be desired. Could be an awesome place to work, but this family run business has a massive divide between family members and employees. Ownership and management don’t perceive the divide. Employees are systematically minimized, and rebuked for low morale. Toxic personalities on the family side make employment at BDS especially challenging. Blood will always be thicker than water. It’s impossible for them to counsel or take corrective action against family members without creating family rifts. I was “let go” this morning because I was not a “good fit”. Hopefully someone there does some introspection and uses this review as food for thought.
