None. Maybe the free snacks and drinks but who wants to eat twinkies and donuts all day while getting belittled by management?
Cons
Toxic environment. Horrible management. Sexist remarks. Boys club that explains their “tenure” and bad management. No accountability. No room to grow. Demeaning remarks towards employees by management. Getting called stupid and screamed at so much that they’ll buy you a coffee machine to shut you up. Want to report to HR? Yeah they’ll take what you say and report straight to management about what was said. Harassment? Don’t go to HR, he won’t help you. Very political and vocal about it including HR and CEO. Expected to work past working hours, including weekends, nonstop messages starting at 3am and lasting until midnight directly from CEO. PTO policy is garbage and the CEO claims it’s “the best PTO that has ever existed”? Yeah right. Sick leave? Forget about it. Work from home? In your dreams. Kid is sick? Use the rest of that PTO. Death in the family? Well maybe if you ask nicely enough… jk they don’t care. Environment is so bad that everyone is miserable. Management is so bad that everyone is miserable. They have no idea what they are doing, plans change almost daily with where the company is going. It’s sad to see reviews from years ago and realize that this company will not change or take accountability for why it is failing. A few people benefit off the backs of hard workers and they take credit for it.
