The copy team as well as the sales and the project managers seem to always favoured with praises and shout-outs. Most of the marketing efforts are geared towards copy, therefore they are the most productive amongst any other department. The Sales department also is well-praised, but the structure of the sales department are constantly face-lifted, probably because the CEO wanted it to flow according to his needs. Expect less compassion in terms of employees needs, not much support for employees family. I've been fired without any grace period, it's like on the spot just because the company is struggling in on-boarding new clients. And even another team member of 3 years was fired while on vacation. So, don't expect work security here, it's like the company has been doing it every quarter, firing then hiring, no matter if you're tenured or not, I didn't even receive my last 2 days of work pay.

CEO is an Elon Musk wannabe who is more interested in himself than anyone else which is completely fine if he stopped trying to portray himself as Mother Theresa :) Breathing excercises every day which really don´t make any sense Some people that fell under CEO´s influence which is cringy to say the least.
