No clear company strategy.CEO was switching concepts every 6 months, at some point decided that this would be a SaaS company. The strategy was decided usually on whims, not factual data.
Heads of departments promoted on a CEO whim without necessary qualities to lead and manage people. A good individual contributor is not necessarily a good leader and teacher.
This particularly concerns business departments.
The result of the above was total chaos, no clear goals or structure and processes to work in.
However, many people were great and helpful, working there only due to unstable market conditions.
The company was sold to Regnology, which is a great move as there wasn't anything left to do with it. I sincerely hope that incompetent managers will receive the pink slip as there is no CEO susceptible to manipulation that protects them.
