Taken over by equity firm, replaced the working management team with supposed experts in growth (only had 10 customer base they were managing the supposed experts). Hiding failures of growth until too late and then direction of company that never changed and didn’t work, cut backs on workers to keep the management and a skeleton staff from collapsing company. Ruined a great company in 4 years that just needed money to make it grow the way it was managed and what it was doing (proof in the results before the take over and 4 years subsequently).

Likely for sale. Years of underperformance. CEO now chairman after making final cost saving cut moving office into a terrible location with the usual spin given. Every cost cut possible including closing over Xmas was given a positive spin when they force you to take holiday. Record profit’s are just because of cuts done just below the level needed for official consultation. A classic example of when private equity goes bad.
