There are no pros to this job aside that it is remote

Cons

Organization, Constant turnover, zero in-house knowledge of development, cultish, overbearing and micromanging CEO, no benefits, no paid time off, salary is based off 37.5 hour work week but you work 50+ hours, constant policy changes. It's literally a dumpster fire.

The only reason you would work here is if you want to gain some experience, or if you're just that desperate for work.

Cons

Low pay, huge workloads, inexperienced leadership, lack of opportunities to grow, etc. Business Tech Ninjas offers little to employees despite being a high stress, high pressure work environment. Wouldn't recommend.

My work setup is remote and flexible.

The leadership of Business Tech Ninjas needs to fix a lot of things in this company. First, the pay is too low, but the workload is too much. Employees here are underpaid despite being overloaded with work. Also, the work environment is terrible because of our toxic supervisors. They verbally abuse and yell at employees all the time.
