Pros

Great compensation and the Marketing Manager was very efficient with her job.

Cons

Never received marketing materials on time, always the day after the demo was supposed to take place, so I was constantly having to buy demo products. Also, had lots of trouble getting setup with accounting it took almost five days to get a reply on making sure all paperwork was turned in, to be able to be added to payroll and by the time they replied it was after pay date; so I had to wait another pay period before receiving my first check; which ended up being a whole month.

A Little too Busy for Employees

Pros

Good pay and very interesting variety of products to work with. Great with training calls, material and making sure you know how to handle your products.

Cons

Not reliable on a minimum or maximum amount of hours, each month would very randomly. Organization was a bit lacking. There were more than a few times I was sent to demo's far out of my way and they were incorrectly scheduled (due to the market manager) and I wasn't compensated. My other big issue is the robot feel, they cycle through people, there's not much of a contact within the job other then phone calls or emails from a market manager who sends you your shifts and is done with you.

PROMPT RESPONSES FROM MARKET MANAGERS PAID ON A TIMELY SCHEDULE SEVERAL COMPANIES TO REPRESENT CONSISTENT JOB OPPORTUNIES TRAINING PROVIDED PRODUCT INFORMATION PROVIDED DETAILED EMAILS REGARDING PRODUCT INFORMATION MARKET MANAGERS THAT ARE SUPPORTIVE AND PRAISE FOR JOBS WELL DONE RECEIVING AN END OF YEAR THANK YOU CARD WITH BONUS! (much appreciated) :)

Cons

The abilty to view the details of payment through Quick Pay bank statements is often challenging. Experiencing difficulty in tracking and viewing the notes regarding demo payments including out of pocket reimbursements. Confusing... :( Not clearly noted.
