      few good people in the team

      Cons

      full of politics, no clear direction, the load of work comes and go. if the company get awarded a project they hire resources then they fire them once the project is done and nothing new coming. You can easily get trapped with nothing to do for months. Salary is always late and not coming on time. I couldn't survive in this place

      Friendly work environment al all levels. Good balance between work and personal time. Not too demanding in general.
