-investment in good company culture with discussion groups, extracurricular work events, etc. -great benefits -competitive salary -great coworkers/peers -recognizing strong performance with promotions -flexible work schedules for parents with young children or other extenuating circumastances
Cons
-Managing principals have difficulty delegating control of projects, causing burnout and disengagement from creative process of design -demanding workload, overtime is not uncommon -not a ton of remote work flexibility for those without extenuating circumstances
