Pros

I've worked for Butler Rose for over 3 years, and what I like about it most is the culture of empowering its employees to get on and recruit, without lots of restraints and without focusing on meaningless KPIs - quite refreshing when compared to some of the other recruitment businesses I've worked for in the past. There's also lots of opportunities as Butler Rose is growing rapidly. The wider group who we share offices with make it a fun place to be... the end of year and Christmas parties with hundreds of people can be a lot of fun, and I got to go for a weekend in Paris with Butler Rose this year. The commission can also be really good.

Cons

There aren't any really, when compared to other places I've worked. You have to work hard to earn the highest levels of commission, but that's the same everywhere - and it's worth it!

Pros

All the benefits of working for a corporate business without the restrictions. Allowed to get on and do your job whilst being offered a great deal of flexibility and autonomy.

Cons

Still building the brand in the market so not everyone has heard of you but great reason for an intro call
