Pros

The work we actually do is rewarding

Cons

Management creates an extremely toxic work environment. Supervisors have a short temper, poor communication skills and are very condescending. Any concerns that are raised are quickly dismissed. Even when 4 formal complaints from different employees are filed against the same Supervisor, the County will just dismiss the complaints.
