Upper management lacks a knowledge and experience in their assigned role.
Mainly because everyone who is in management is related to the founder in some why.
The COO once was in a relationship with the founder.
The Chief of Staff, is the founder’s younger sister.
The Office Manager is the founder’s Brother in Law.
Staff is overworked and undervalued and if you don’t play their games they will not hesitate to let you go.
You are constantly micro managed and everything you do needs to be logged in some way.
Staff is allowed to take two 10 minute breaks daily, however if there is a birthday in the office they will designate one day to throw you a party, then send an email reminding you that because you had an extended lunch break due to the party they gave you, you can’t take any more breaks.
Work hours are 9am to 6pm on the dot, and if you try to leave on time, they will let you know that it doesn’t look good to leave right on the dot, and that you should stay longer.
Due to these factors they have an extremely high turnover rate.
They let go of someone right in front of the entire staff without warning to that employee, never giving them any knowledge of their performance about if they were doing well or not.
Anyone looking for a role should look elsewhere.
