Pros
Truly everyone I met there (Staff from the Inn, Spa, Restaurants, Maintenance, Events, Admin, Management) was friendly. This role is pretty easy if you’re ok with working directly with the Garden/Landscape Manager all day and have a good sense of what will look nice to guests. Even if you don’t quite know how to do something the Manager will teach you.
Cons
Major: The property is going through a lot of construction right now and I don’t think it’s slowing down anytime soon. It’s a lot of noise and has interfered with our day on more than one occasion. Minor: Sometimes it feels silly to be waiting or need to call for the next task. Personally I prefer doing a large task for the day or writing through a list.
