There's a level of thoughtfulness in the way this company operates that continues to impress me. Engineering orgs at startups often fall into a trap of delivering at all costs and letting crucial elements such as thorough code reviews, planning and architecture fall by the wayside for the sake of time. The Engineering team here is really mature and deliberate in the way they go about their work, and it is reflected in the quality of the product delivered. Ample opportunities are provided for professional growth as long as you are willing to dive in, push yourself and feel a bit uncomfortable sometimes. I'm inspired each day by the drive and skill my coworkers demonstrate.
Outside of engineering, it's obvious from my interactions that folks bring the same attitude to their respective roles. Everyone truly seems to recognize that we're on the same team and subsequently puts in their best effort. Working here really opens your eyes to what may have been missing/ignored at previous companies.
Cons
As with any B2B company, we are somewhat beholden to maintaining healthy relationships with some key partners. At times this can be stressful, but this is in line with what you'd expect at a startup of this size with a similar model.
