Requests go through multiple departments, including your department manager, outsourcing manager, finance, and HR. We assess not only your performance but also the market value of your position and work with consultant agencies to ensure fair pay rates.
We understand it may seem like a lengthy process, but it's crucial for acting in everyone's best interest. We strive to maintain transparency in our processes. Last February, we communicated an enhanced benefit package to our Outsourcing (VA) Team, outlining the criteria and timeline for salary increases. If you were with us at that time, you should have been informed.
