- I got to work on cutting-edge technology and new technical challenges never solved before. - The company communicates regularly, and listens to and considers new ideas. - They encourage growth, both personally and professionally. - They understand work-life balance apart from crunch time when we have to get things out. - Ownership and freedom to think and experiment. - Amazing team with talented and motivated people who are also fun to work with. - Free food & snacks. - Flexible benefits plan(FBP) components.
Cons
- No company is perfect. There would be some points but I can’t think of any at this point.

1. Lot of independence and trust in employees. 2. Views are respected and listened to. 3. Excellent growth opportunities with respect to engineering technologies and culture. 4. Always focused on the opportunistic target market and achieve greater traction. 5. Everyone, from leaders to subordinates, is ready to help even though it doesn't fit the "job title". 6. The environment and the team is really nice.
