Great people. Good team work. Strong desire to continuously improve. Real opportunity to make a difference. Good core values including team/family culture. Sincere desire to help employees live a good life and customers improve their procurement processes.

Cons

Expected challenges with a startup, e.g. every team member needs to be 100% trusted and to contribute daily. No boring days!

Pros

I enjoyed working with this company overall. Benefits were great and the team was fun and very flexible to ideas.

Cons

IT department was lacking. It was difficult to get colleagues to embrace changes in methods and systems, which often lead to significant issues that could have been easily avoided. Their stack is aging, although the development team does a fair job of keeping things running and new features moving forward.
