If you like working in a toxic workplace. This would be a pro for you.

Cons

The management team are horrible. They have poor communication skills with the employees and within themselves. The management team will have favoritism towards towards certain demographic groups of people and treat everyone else like crap. They will also fire people for no reason and lie about why they fire them. Hopefully things have changed since they wrongfully fired me but I’ve doubt it.
