If you are looking for a diverse organization this is not the one. The lower level management has their favorites in the office and they can do no wrong. The real estate management department lacked direction and support of newer employees. The HR department is one of the worst I have ever seen. I would rather not list them on my resume but I would have a employment gap that I couldn't explain.

Internal challenges with top down communication, middle management execution, and staff retention. Poor guidance on expectations beyond assigned duties and limited feedback on performance. Lacks established orientation and training program. Company culture is scholastic, homogeneous, mold driven, and lacks diversity. Management work plan meetings are not inclusive of staff.
