      Clearing the air on older reviews.

      Pros

      I'm here and I'm happy, I just feel something should be noted: a majority of the low reviews came from a time period where the culture and leadership was extremely different than it is today. Check any press release from about January 2015 onward, and you'll see the incredible management team and product that defines the company, not the one-and-two star dribble seen in earlier reviews from 2014. We're strong, we're growing, and we're hungry.

      Pattern of reviews shows management trying to manipulate their ratings

      Pros

      Management watches these reviews like a hawk. I think they want to give the appearance that Buzz Points isn't a bad place to work so that they can a) continue to hire new bodies to replace those that have left or b) continue to pay below market wages. These are my opinions.

      Cons

      Management thinks that they are so smart that they can get away with anything. Look at the dates of negative reviews. Normally within a few days, a very different positive review comes up. The pattern is so plain. Knowing the management, I believe they are writing the positive reviews themselves in order to keep their overall ratings up. This lack of integrity is exactly why I left.

      Pros

      Everyone has a tale of woe. Poor me right? If you produce you have nothing to worry about at Buzz Points. If you're of the opinion that hard work pays off then you will be a great fit. I've seen colleagues come and go but those that make it all share one trait: gumption. Both of my superiors during my time in at Buzz Points have provided me with every resource I've needed to be successful. I love where I work.

      Cons

      It's a startup. There are hiccups and bugs.. Everyone in the office knows this but we work together to rectify any and all errors ASAP.
