      Nothing at all. There are not pros, this place is shady, conniving, low pay, ignore your requests, do not know how to communicate.

      Cons

      Management is terrible, CEO is not transparent, and his direct executive is full of hot air.

      At Hyderabad office, they will ask you to sign the job guarantee contract (Bond) even before disclosing your salary on paper or your appointment letter. Once you join, time management is very bad in all department, they work till late nights. HR department is worst in all things. They are non-cooperative to employees and behave like gangs of dominating persons. Nobody in HR department will listen to you on anything, even small issues.

      Situated in Raheja Mindspace, top-notch infrastructure, great-looking super clean workplace, Timely salaries, work-life balance weekend off, No Saturday working. Good and decent big screen and nice working computers for graphic and UI designers and developers. My experience with HR was quite good, the cafeteria is nice coffee free, few things to learn, few timely social activities. people are polite in buzzboard, same doesn't go for the floor sharing sister company Vsplash, people aren't so polite (no personal Conflict though). Slightly flexible timing. health insurance. program to learn'

      Cons

      Some people from top Marketing act like they are supreme creatures, they act like they know your job more than their own. Fewer fun activities, Bond for one year, they sack people just like that.
