Pros
Patients can be rewarding. Field autonomy at times. Good dental insurance. Other clinicians are wonderful with interdisciplinary collaboration
Cons
* Disorganized leadership * Unrealistic productivity expectations that disregard hours worked, nor consider traffic and distance between visits * Poor training and lack of support * Supply and staffing shortages * Administrative inefficiency , lacks communication and scheduling is extremely inconsistent * Payroll issues/multiple transitions and integrations in a short span of time without additional compensation for extra work. *Insurance for health benefits is terrible and not well known
