      - Work at a company that genuinely wants to change an industry (and the world) for the better - Be involved with projects where you're not only given a voice, but you actually understand the vision and the reason why you're working on them - Monthly all-hands meeting where anyone across the business can present - Work alongside supportive, open people that are actually nice humans with interests outside of work, as well as being s**t hot at their jobs - Get to be proud of the work you're doing, see it in the press and win awards

      Cons

      - Company-wide communication can sometimes be inconsistent or absent, but this feels like an occasional oversight, rather than by design. During lockdown, this has definitely improved as good communication has become even more vital. - Delivering award-winning work and world first product launches isn't always easy and can be quite intense. Be ready to commit to the occasional late night, early morning or hectic fast-paced day.
