      ByVerTek is fiber construction company that is moving from working only on BAU and smaller community FTTH builds to supporting some of the largest fiber construction projects in multiple markets with the top Carriers and Providers in the industry. Growth brings upward career management opportunities and ability to learn and develop new skills...if you're looking for both this is a good place to work.

      Cons

      Growth also comes with change and challenges. This is only a place for individuals that are strong leaders willing to work hard, think out of the box and do what it takes to help the company succeed.

      Pros

      I’ve seen quite a few negative reviews about working at ByVerTek, but I want to share my own experience, which has been much more positive overall. The work can be challenging and fast-paced, and there are definitely times when coordination could be better. But if you’re motivated and willing to put in the effort, there are real opportunities to learn, grow, and build skills that will serve you in the long run.

      Cons

      Despite occasional frustrations, I’ve had the chance to work with a great team and take on responsibilities that pushed me to improve. Leadership has been approachable and open to feedback, and there’s a sense of camaraderie when everyone pulls together to get the job done. If you come in with realistic expectations and a good work ethic, ByVerTek can be a rewarding place to build your career.

      Great benefits and pay, including year-end bonuses. Collaborative atmosphere. Company paid lunch once a week.

      Cons

      Recently switched to Apple products, had to get the hang of it.
