      Pros

      Teammates and direct manager are great.

      Cons

      No one wants to follow policies. Internal Partners from other/ merged/ acquired financial institutions are resistant to change.

      Pros

      Downtown office is close to river walk. Small tub of week old Garrett’s popcorn.

      Cons

      Overworked, unpaid, and under appreciated. Work load unrealistic, too many middle managers not willing to provide employee development. Run don’t walk from this company.
