Pros

Some good people; small company, family atmosphere; location of corporate office; growing company; Founder based company on ethical foundation-different from many buy here-pay heres

Cons

Gender pay discrimination; health insurance rates high; may work holidays (retail); there is a "Boys' Club"; few women in leadership/"survive" boys' club

Pros

There is absolutely nothing good about this company. When there are good employees, upper mgmt makes sure to drive them away as fast as possible.

Cons

No work life balance, upper mgmt bullies employees, no consistency and terrible culture. There are always issues with budget but upper mgmt still get lunches catered and off site retreats.

Negative environment with poor leadership

Pros

The benefits are pretty good and so is the compensation. It was also a decent resume builder that helped me find a better job.

Cons

The company never meets their sales or delinquency goals and it is a very negative environment with a horrible culture. They don't seem to care about their employees. The leadership team is weak, at best.
