Pros
Bytenextz has a "cool" image, it feels quite laid back and quite caring and modern. It has a nice office. The pay is good and you get what they commit every time. They sponsored my H-1B and I am really grateful to them for that.
Cons
Management has no clue what you're getting into assignment wise. Are you liking your assignment? They don't care. Managers treat you as if they are the boss of the company. Yes you are allowed to quit an assignment, of course, but why should you take your chances and gamble, risking another dead end assignment to follow?

Pros
- Super friendly and down to earth people - The interview was fair even for someone with little experience - Interaction with people from across the world - Open and relaxed office environment - Unlimited snacks and drinks - Happy hour every month - Personal tech - Flexible schedule Most importantly they sponsored my H-1B when other consultancies did not. I had heard that here the approval rate of H-1B is really high as compared to other companies and that turned out to be true. They have a professional team of in-house lawyers which really helps the cause.
Cons
- Applying through LinkedIn was a bit sloppy - Really far downtown - Different time zones require more planning - Probably more as I become more familiar with the work However since you get an assurance of a sponsored visa all the downsides of the job can be ignored. They are definitely the best in the business.
